2. Masking of windows, hardwares and lights fixtures.
3. Removes dust, dirt,oil,grease from surfaces before painting.
4. Repair cracks with patching materials.
5. Remove peeling paint.
6. Removes rust from metal.
7. Prime with appropriate primer.
8. Remove paint splatters.
9. Re-nails loose siding where appropriate.
10. Caulking where necessary.
11. Sanding.
12. 2 coats paints.
13. Clean up area
